Jeff Capone, Ph.D., is CEO of the security startup, SecureCircle, which he founded in 2015. An award-winning executive leader with expertise in enterprise software development, network and storage solutions, and IoT applications, Jeff has a track record of founding and selling successful software companies. He developed SecureCircle’s patented Data Access Security Broker (DASB) solution designed to transparently protect unstructured data in any form. Prior to SecureCircle, Jeff served as CTO at NETGEAR and CEO and Co-Founder of Leaf Networks, which was acquired by NETGEAR. Prior to Leaf Networks, Jeff co-founded Aligo, Inc. and served as the CTO until 2004 where he led the company’s technology vision. Prior to Aligo, Jeff was an assistant professor at Arizona State University and Director of the Network Engineering and Wireless Telecom Laboratory. Jeff’s distinctions include the National Science Foundation’s CAREER award, numerous IEEE Journal and conference publications. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
Artem Tsai is CTO of the security startup, SecureCircle, which he co-founded in 2015. He developed SecureCircle’s patented Data Access Security Broker solution designed to transparently protect unstructured data in any form. Prior to SecureCircle, Artem was a Principal Software Engineer at NETGEAR. While at NETGEAR, he architected and developed ReadySYNC and ReadyCLOUD for the award-winning ReadyNAS product line. Artem is experienced in application development, system service, file systems, and network programming with years of experience in C/C++/Objective C, full stack MS Windows/Mac OS software development, multi-platform development and continuous integration based on Jenkins. He holds a Master of Science, Information Technology from Belarusian State University and a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vitebsk State University.
Davin Oishi is COO of the security startup, SecureCircle. An experienced marketing executive, he joined SecureCircle in 2017. Davin also has experience with product management, operations, and engineering developing CES & CRN award-winning new products in the networking and storage fields. Prior to SecureCircle, he worked at SanDisk, NETGEAR, and Cisco and was responsible for SanDisk Connect, ReadyNAS, ReadyDATA, ReadyCLOUD, Cisco Small Business, Linksys Business Series, and Cisco routers. He holds a BS, Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Ryan Tabloff is EVP Sales & Marketing of the security startup, SecureCircle. Ryan joined SecureCircle in 2018. He has more than 15 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, business and corporate development. Prior to joining SecureCircle, Ryan had a successful liquidity event from the managed security services firm he founded. Ryan has also been an active investor and advisor to several security and technology startups. Ryan holds a BA and MBA from the University of Illinois.
Reid Valfer is CFO of the security startup, SecureCircle. Reid brings more than 25 years of analytics, management, digital marketing, and investment experience to SecureCircle. Reid has worked at top institutions including The Chicago Mercantile Exchange and JP Morgan Chase where he leveraged data to make critical, real-time decisions. He most recently was Rise Interactive's Chief Client Delivery Officer where he was instrumental in building out their media, analytics, creative and development teams. Valfer graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Peter has 20+ years of experience in business technology globally with a strong background in storage and security. Prior to joining the executive team at SecureCircle, Peter was a storage leader at Amazon Web Services in North America assisting large scale strategic customers migrate and modernize workloads to take advantage of public cloud scalability and economics. Peter has broad experience with customers working in many verticals and in recent years has been focused on understanding challenges customers face when leveraging new technology approaches to solve business problems.
